职位要求	Main responsibilities include: 1.Coordinating activities from design, to pilot tool development, to production mold development; Responsible for mold, machine and packaging components. 2.Effectively communicate internally and externally with customers, suppliers and vendors to determine project requirements, coordinate project activities, and provide direction. 3.Develop timelines, organize samplings and sets priorities. 4.Coordinates QC testing with internal QC lab; Develops sampling plans with customers. 5.Coordinare design activities between customer and internal design. 6.Provide information to management level. Experience absolutely required: 1.Fluent in English. 2.Understanding of mold construction in order to communicate efficientiy with mold supplier(Extrusion Blow Molds[EBM]and/or Injection Molds[IM]). 3.Understanding of EBM and/or IM production process. 4.Technical Knowledge of HDPE, PP and PET resins. 5.Proficient in MS office (Word,Excel,Power Point). 6.Excellence in Project Management. 7.Excellent communication and inter-personnel skills “Nice to have” experience: 1.Understanding of key features on bottle for performance and closure seal. 2.Knowledge of bottle testing, capable of conducting dimensional and functional evaluations. 3.Capable of applying and assessing SPC/statistics. 4.Understanding of customer filling lines, distribution and consumer use. 5.Knowledge of bottle decoration types(sleeving, labeling, printing etc.). 6.Trouble shooting/resolution of issues. A 3-6 month will be procided by the company in China, Thailand and/or Austria.
