要求：
1、熟悉零件的热处理工艺，如碳氮共渗、压淬、定型回火、热强压工艺等；
2、熟悉热处理设备，如多用炉、辊棒炉、热校平机等；
3、有一定的热处理工装设计经验；
4、具有金相分析能力，能对热处理异常情况进行分析和解决；
5、有离合器、双质量飞轮热处理经验者优先。

待遇：
